Jennifer and Emily feel that their success is largely due to their many repeat and referred clients, and that this is the greatest compliment they can receive. They work to be leaders in local market knowledge and to provide an edge of expertise in the foothills communities west of Denver.
Both technical and interested in utilizing the latest industry tools to optimize customer service, efficiency and communication, Jennifer and Emily have strong scholastic backgrounds that they combine with hands-on industry experience as they continuously strive to deliver the highest level of service to their clients.
Both Colorado natives, Jennifer graduated with honors from San Diego State University with a BA in Marketing. She added a minor in German with graduate studies at the University of Tuebingen in Germany. She began her real estate career with a nine year partnership with her mentor and mother, Bonnie Monson, who was a full-time Broker with over 30 years of experience. Now, with over 30 years of real estate sales experience herself, Jennifer continues to build her experience. “Our goal is to achieve the best price for our clients within a reasonable marketing time while providing exceptional service throughout the process,” Jennifer shares.
Emily is a graduate of Evergreen High School and the University of Colorado in Boulder. She entered the real estate industry immediately upon graduating from college and built her residential real estate base in the custom home building business. A resident of Genesee, avid skier and snow-boarder, she and her family often spend time at their Winter Park get-away. Hiking, biking and camping has further exposed this outdoor enthusiast and mother of two to the many wonders of the state and its endless activities for both kids and adults. “Where you choose to make your home is one of life’s most important decisions. We are here to assist with making that process as enjoyable and successful as possible,” Emily explains.
